Regular rotom should be fast. Like, stupidly fast. Outspeeding-ninjask-before-SB levels of fast. It makes no sense to me that a ninja mollusc and a mimic beach ball are faster than literal plasma blob that moves at the speed of light.

I would love if regular rotom's stats were some minmaxed gimmick spread of the likes of 20-20-20 bulk, 100 SpA and 190 Speed. Then it would have its retarded speed tier as the only thing making it (situationally) better than its forms, while also keeping a lower BST than them altogether, since it makes sense that it becomes stronger when possessing stuff.

Or at least give it prankster.

Nah I don't think so, in this specific case, no.

Ghost/electric can't hit normal or ground types, so unless it also runs shadow ball and thunderbolt/volt switch, it can neither hit nor burn the things it would be interested on fucking over, like normal/flying types, or krookodile. The extra bulk and SpA is nice but it's nothing that would ultimately break it. My guess is that it would be used as a specs volt switcher.
