Generally, one of them will travel, one will handle the cattle, one would stay at home all the time, etc. so there's rarely ever a time when more than two of them are in the house at the same time, to avoid jealousy, but apparently arguments and such are super rare (acedotally reported from the women of this society)
So I guess it's something like that.
