The 3 star items make it into the game, let's also assume that Pokemon gen 5 beyond get some too. How does the meta change? For better or for worse?

How exactly are we converting Movement Speed and Attack Speed into the main games? I guess +1 Movement Speed would be +2 Speed.

The three mentioned so far in the thread already exist mechanically in the form of the Enigma Berry, the Ability Cheek Pouch and the Ability Slush Rush, so they're all realistically possible to turn into items for these Pokémon. An Abomasnow that can basically "hold Slush Rush" while also having Snow Warning would honestly be pretty awesome.

I only quickly scrolled through but I'm confident that the meta wouldn't really change at all. Pretty much all of these are way too inconsistent and situational. They are outclassed by other items which are guaranteed to have utility in any game such as Leftovers, Z crystal, Choice items, etc as opposed to having situational utility. Bad players would probably use them on the low ladder and that's about it.
