Do you hoard Pokemon from previous runs? I'm replaying older games on an emulator and I was thinking of moving all my mons to the latest game and hoarding them all.

Do you use Pokebank? Or do you use third party tools?

Back when I got my DS I managed to move Pokemon from a GBA flashcart to the DS games. These pokemon are long gone but nowadays everything is possible, even ignoring annoying limitations like the palpark letting you move 6 pokemon in 24 hours.

You just drag them between two windows of PkHex (one loaded with your emulator file and one loaded with your DS / 3DS real game file) and use a save manager on a CFW 3DS to load the edit containing the emulator pokemon.

Yeah, of course, sometimes I even trade mons between games to make for playthroughs with unusual teams.

In my last run of HG/SS I used a Cleffa, Riolu, and Drifloon from D/P/Pt

I didn't realise there were people that didn't keep all their old teams. If I went to the trouble of catching it, raising it and using it- even if it was the weak link shitmon of the team- you can be sure I'd want to keep it.
