What would the original dragon even look like if Gamefreak decides to use it? Would it be a diverse blend of Zekrom and Reshiram's colors, or would it have a uniform set of grays and yellows? Would it stand upright like White Kyurem or slouch like Black Kyurem? Personally, given Black Kyurem's posture, White Kyurem's fur, I feel it would look mammalian in nature, similar to an ape. Looking primitive would also sort of fit with the idea that it was the first dragon Pokémon.
