I'm replaying Black and good God this thing is terrible in-game
>mono-grass type
>75 attack stats
>only real redeemable stat is speed
>no fucking moves what so ever, stuck with leaf tornado for 90% of the game
>no special coverage moves either
>not even typical grass staple moves like the powders, just leech seed and growth
>doesn't even get glare by level up despite being a snake

Yeah I used it. It was so frustrating I hacked in Contrary and it became awesome. That said Chikorita was less frustrating to use in GSC because of the worse AI and level curve.

Hey I know, let's take this line of creatures based on French royalty, and NOT save them for the French region we're planning on doing next generation.

Oh well, at least someone cared enough to remember to put Serperior on the Parfum Palace gates. It's a nice touch.

Oh yeah.

Man, the Swords of Justice Trio would've been awesome to have and way more fitting for Kalos. It also wouldn't lessened the absurd amount of legendaries in Gen V, and added to the small pool of legends in Gen VI.

What the heck. Worst timeline. Are there any other French things from other generations that would've been great to have in Kalos?

This was the only starter I ever boxed on a first playthrough. Even the Simi's are serviceable enough to get you through a blind casual playthrough, and that's one low-ass standard that even Serperior fucks up.
