Fix slugbro's feet so it doesn't look a onesie, and have it been drawn by a better artist and boom you've got a decent mon. The other two are trash but fixable. The grass starter could be less feminine. Fire starter's concept is ok, renegade/bandit fire rabbit. Could be revamped entirely so it could be some sort of dual fire/ghost that lives in abandoned areas/ghost towns or fire/steel and around areas that trains/rails are present. Fire abilities themed around explosives and very very subtle references to gun duels.
