>>36706841It's a co-facility to the Subway Battles, I think they should make it so some gym leaders and relevant NPC to the story like the rival-friends radomly appear in the train too like HGSS did with some characters in the battle facilities and the pokethlon.
In the end is just a shorter battle tower facility with 3-4 battles with gym leader sprites instead of other trainer classes as main gimmick, plus they mostly use monotype teams, had it be normal trainers with same teams you'd be bitching about it. For sure it was a nice gift still, gave new sprites to gen 3 leaders and some updated teams too.
Like the forgettable Unity Tower, it should have had an option to register your friends and their battles teams and made them randomly avaible in the tour roster too.
Actually this really should be made an actual option in all the battle tower clone facilities by now and not ORAS secret bases, to think ORAS even nerfed the friends teams to 3 mons instead of their current 1 to 6 team members.
