The way they did the matchups also didn't help at all.
You're not connected to anyone unless 4 people are ready to go. Allowing you to see there were two or three people ready and waiting would make people more likely to stick around and wait for the last one or two. Being told a match couldn't be found time and time again though just makes it seems like no one is trying to besides you and was obviously going to make people abandon it.
They're incompetent morons in multiple ways... Surprise, surprise.
