I like the idea of the Bugged but have it affect the bass stats of the Pokemon upon mega evolving.
Like the stat increases are randomized everytime you mega evolve and stays the same for the duration of the battle. And stat changes aren't consistent for every battle.
For example, special attack could increase by 50 points in one battle, or increase by 20 points in another. Or it could even decrease by 20 or 50 points.

legit the only reason it's not OP is because of it's speed tier being so mediocre and it's sp atk being power crept. You basically need to set up with agility or nasty plot if you want it to do anything Even still regular pZ would probably be OU if it had 110 speed.

Hell the thing is BL as is (yes I know that's cause of Z moves but unless those are removed he's probably staying there)
