Might have had a point had Gen VIII launched this year, but LGEP eases any worries, by proving GF would rather spit out a filler (made with a re-used engine to cut costs/devtime and to ensure the small team would fully understand the coding environment) to keep the brand alive rather than rush the first Core entry on Switch.
