Anyway, I have never really been completely satisfied with the hacks that utilize the modern engine. Glazed has been good, but it does not have the new Pokes, the letters are all in CAPS and the TMs are one use only and this sort of stuff.
The newer ones that have infinite TMs and PSS that I liked are Nameless FireRed and Theta Emerald EX.
They're both playable, but also have some things that just can't make me rate them 10/10.
For example, Nameless FireRed has Gen 6 starters and that is a bad start in itself (subjective, I know). But it has a lot of things that are super nice, such as Hidden Grottoes and stuff.
Theta Emerald EX has some bugs that will wipe out your TM Bag, but you can easily avoid that by not participating in the Battle Tents. They're fully optional though so you won't be missing on anything. Another bug is that the battle with Tate and Liza will usually freeze, but in a few tries you can go through it.
The Battle Frontier in Theta Emerald EX is also updated to have matching movesets for the PSS so that's a great plus, but what ruins it that the Pokemon can go over level 100 and that is simply because the creator is a fucking retard and there's absolutely nothing to defend it.
