I'll give you a serious answer: with Decidueye dead in the water, Primarina forgotten by Game Freak (sadly so, I thought Prim was alright), Lycanrocfags unhappy Dusk hype was a damp squib, and Greninjafags desperate to hype up some relevancy based on a Final Smash to make up for their Jobberfrog status, it's basically a buncha /vp/ users doubling down on contrarianism. Never mind we have an endless amount of "Well I like Incineroar" in fave mon threads, "I warmed up to him" mentions in confession threads, "he looked pretty cool here desu" comments in new anime episodes or even new stock art shown. It's just a bunch of shitposters trying to put down what turned out to be one of the successful mons of this gen, certainly the winner of the "starter wars" people keep whining on in terms of VGC, TCG, and even anime stuff. They chose the wrong horse to bet against and they're seething.

I won't deny I'll enjoy it either but I also genuinely love Incineroar on its own merits, so it's only win-win for me and I look forward to a Roar-versus-Zard match. If people want to keep mercilessly trying to put down Incineroar on a subjective aspect like "design" while giving their own favorites a pass on their own considerable demerits, I'm more than happy to just thumb my nose over Incineroar getting all the good stuff then instead. These are all traits that come with a humanoid shape, not necessarily anthropomorphism. The "hair" is the exception. Personally I don't think it's meant to be interpreted like that at all and is just a weird looking take on a chicken's crest.

Fair enough, although these details are far, far more subtle in Blaziken's design than Incineroar's wrestler theme or Decideueye's archer theme, which are both at the forefront, so I'd still struggle to label it as a straight-up furry design.

The theme is much more subtle because of how obscure it is compared to general wrestling and archery, regardless, Blaziken has the benefit of being one of the first “furbait” mons when the term wasn’t as widespread as it is now so it doesn’t receive as much attention (or negativity so to speak) as newer ones.

No, it's definitely just more subtle in the design. It's not constantly in a muay thai stance, and the red gi and the arm bandages are worked into the design in such a way that they're not obvious at all and look like fairly natural parts of its anatomy. Meanwhile Incineroar straight up has a wrestling belt made of fire and Decidueye has a hoodie complete with pull strings, there's no attempt to work those aspects into the designs at all.

Those arm bandages ARE obvious, the humanoid stance Blaziken has (especially in gen 3) IS obvious, and you are just drawing out the argument in an attempt to never admit how wrong you are.

Incineroar is a design I’ll take over the furfag Blaziken ANY day. Blaziken looks absolutely nothing like a fighting chicken and I can only wonder why you won’t admit it.
