ITT we put out one outlandish idea/change (new Pokémon, move, mechanic, etc.) to the games, describe how we came to this idea, speculate how this idea could change the games casually or competitively, and rate other people’s ideas. The crazier the better.

My idea: to make Unown less of a shit-mon and more of a crazy gimmick like it should be, we give it a second move that is unique to it. This move is called Boggle. It switches every Pokémon in battle to a random other Pokémon and then confuses them. I got the idea from the game Boggle which has letters you jumble around. It could be really funny in casual play and interesting to see how it could be used in competitive with hazard setters (sneaky pebbles lel) and possibly giving other Pokémon on their team Own Tempo or a Persim Berry so that only the opponent gets confused. Seeing it in VGC would be funny. And watching Smogonfags cry that one of the shittiest mons in the game has to be banned to Ubers like Moody Bidoof.
