>>36769776>They're okay but nothing special.imagine believing this. they are the only starter line that actually has both great motifs and animalsitic resembling designs. the motif isn't in your face and doesn't place a personality on them. their designs are also great with some of the more unique ones amongst starters. (broader use of colors, heavily detailed, all 3 are gender neutral, unique secondary typings). basically they still resemble their animal inspirations whilst also not just being "blue penguin, red monkey, green turtle" (atleast their final evos but first forms are almost always basic). i find it hard to believe that believe don't acknowledge them as the best, opinions are opinions but even my favorite is not one of them and i still see that they are the absolute best starters
