Inshiteroar is never getting into Smash. Sakurai knows that Decidueye is far more appealing to most people and would offer far more diversity to the roster than another generic fiery brawler. This is the same guy that gave us Ridley and K. Rool. He would definitely pick the superior Pokemon that doesn't look like a rejected cereal mascot.
