Give small base stat boosts to deserving pokemon. Don't go crazy and give 60 speed to something, remember that 20 sp attack and 20 speed to masqeurain was the most significant boost they've made.

I want +20 HP to Vespiquen, for such a bulky looking bug, 70 base HP is a joke
