CAP 25 is almost finished. This time, it's a trio of starters. A water/bug with toxic heal, a grass/electric with galvanize, and a fire/ground with technician. All that's left is to name them. Thoughts? Also CAP thread if anyone cares

the deer is a jagged dumpster fire

the fire chameleon should really push the chameleon aspect or something it just looks kinda boring, the picture doesn't help as the amount of detail makes it not come across as a pokemon just a generic fire monster

I say the same thing when questioning how Pokemon like Scizor and Persian have this ability. I still don't know what Technician is suppose to mean when referring to a Pokemon.

presumably either very skilled in a precise style of fighting or movement (Scyther/Scizor(mantis kung fu)) (Persian(feline reflexes)) (Hitmontop(Capoeira)) or skilled with their hands/limbs concerning an art form or in general (Smeargle,Kricketune, Mr.Mime)

Chameleons can certainly be precise with their movements and eyesight but it's not really reflected at all in the design they went with

for what fucking purpose? 97 is a garbage speed tier, and the prospective movepool includes options that are more powerful than Tech Flame Wheel or Bulldoze.
If it had Bonemarang by some fucking meme of intervention it'd be good, but it's otherwise trash.
