Why are IVs a thing? I can't think of anyone that thinks they're a positive addition, it's just a layer of RNG people are forced to get around. Imagine how much less bullshit you'd be going through in breeding if you didn't have to worry about them. You never want less than 31 for your primary stats, even GF realized this with the pins that give a pokemon the equivalent of 6 perfects.

If IVs were taken out or just treated as being perfect in gen 8 for all pokemon, would people really be upset?
