The fix on the saturation, being able to mount big pokémon, the fact you can find starters as a rare spawn on the wild (finally making the regional dex have more sense) and the fact you get EV items by freeing pokémon in your box are welcome changes.
The problem is that these little details won't fix the fact this is yet another Kanto game and one with less features than one that came out ten years ago.
