Would the meta benefit from all moves doing less damage? Majority of Pokemon are too frail, and die to a single SE attack.

I wouldn't know about that.

But all stats should be made closer to a "medium" (let's say, 90). There is just too much difference between a kricketune and a dragonite. Where stats like 70 should be buffed to 80, and stats like 150 should be nerfed to 140.

Globally.

Yes, there SHOULD be a difference, just not as huge as right now.

Of course stall has to be nerfed. Less pp for Synthesis and Recover, and they can't be used repeatedly like Protect

It would make setting up a lot more important and anything that doesn't have SD, DD, or NP would be left in the dust and it would also make Taunt and Pokemon that are very good at walling even better.

I thought they should times the HP by 4 at one point, trying to avoid battles being one in one or two hits but that would make battle prolonged and just shift effectiveness towards stalling, healing moves.
