there's a subtle difference but it's there. reuniclus is more of a bulky trick room sweeper whereas to my mind beheeyem is more a special wall and i'd probs favour it for setting screens and as a magic coat user,. i wish beheeyem got magic bounce to save a move slot but synchronize kinda lets you get by without magic coat. and analytic would be more suited to reuniclus so it could function outside of trick room

Beeheeyem isn’t a wall, it’s more of a slow wallbreaker due to it’s Analytic + Nasty Plot combo. It’s actually allot stronger than Reuniclus in practice as Reuni doesn’t have Analytic and NP. Reuniclus is only better because of Magic Guard being a broken ability, lower speed for TR, and higher HP

to be fair, Topu Keko cucked every offensive electric type with the exception of Magnezone because Game Freak thought giving a mon with 5 turn sleep immunity and a pseudo 156 base special attack when using electric moves base 130 speed was a good idea.

the problem more that they're two mediocre grass types in Hoenn, a reigon with better grass types.

The only passable hoenn grass types are Vileplume, Sceptile and Cradily.

Roselia is bad in gen 3. Shiftry is mediocre and Cacturne is unfortunately bad in-spite of its design.
