The baby Duduo could work really well if the three heads aren't actually heads, but it's three one-headed chicks who stick together in their infancy, and when they evolve they each grow a second head and seperate.
And the baby Paras could've been our first and only baby Bug Pokemon, and it adds so much to the line. It has Paras start off as a parasite to the mushroom and a part of its lifecycle, before the mushroom takes over.
