ITT: Come up with a new move or ability, and think of what pokemon would receive the new move/ability you made.

Only usable in Sunny Day. Cancels the weather. 100% chance to Burn and Confuse the target. Give it to Rapidash, Moltres, Sunflora, Ho-oh, Castform, Victini, Volcarona, Pyroar, Charizard and Ninetales..

>Snow Fort
Ice/Status
10 PP
Raises the user's Defense and SpDef. Sharply raises Defense and SpDef in Hail. Give it to Castform and every ice-type except Cloyster, Sneasel and Weavile.

This Pokémon has all of its stats except speed raised by 1.5x for the next three turns after this move is used. Following this, they lose 1/8 of their HP and all their stats drop to 0.5x normal.

The user takes a dastardly attack at the opposing Pokémon and forces them to switch, before doing the same itself. Cannot be used twice in a row, even if by different Pokémon.

The user locks onto an opposing Pokémon, and any attacks dealt to that Pokémon in the following turns deal 3x damage. However, the Pokémon cannot do anything else except attack that Pokémon until that Pokémon either faints, is switched out, or the user faints.

In doubles/triples, this Pokémon blocks the oncoming attack and sends it off to an allying Pokémon instead. A worse Protect, but can be used multiple times in a row. Don't give it to a Pokémon with Speed Boost.

Who learns it: Any Dragonic Dragon-type Pokemon, and Pokemon associated with money like Meowth/Persian

If used on any Pokemon directly after fainting they are revived with 25% of their HP remaining. Can only work once per battle.

(such as in a double battle, Pokemon 1 and 2 target Pokemon 3, Pokemon 1 hits Pokemon 3 and it faints, and if Pokemon 2 goes immediately after, it will revive Pokemon 3)
