i know there are some romhacks that do have that shit sped up but idk any names. this goes for all gen 4 games. i know there's a HGSS hack that puts it to 60fps for some reason too.

Pick a new maximum frame rate and enjoy your stuttering. It fixes the battles and a lot of HGSS, but Sinnoh is too big to run well on a DS.
