These three need Snow Warning, Electric Surge (make an exception so it affects the user even if airborne,) and Drought. Like, really, really badly.

Zapdos gets Drill Peck but doesn't actually get Hurricane even though the other two birds do.

I think the reason is obvious: they don't want it to get even more dominant than it has been in the past: Thunder + Hurricane in th rain would wreck lives.

Pressure+Defog+Articuno bulk

More of a UU thing than OU but it works just fine. SR weakness doesn't matter when you can switch directly into their SR setter and click Defog every time, all while burning more SR PP than Defog PP.
