No, they neutered priority.

Talonflame happening to be the only one to have naturally doesn't mean it was a Talonflame specific nerf.

A.) Nothing is stopping them from giving it so something else in the future.
B.) it can be passed with moves/abilities meaning even now other things can have it.

Because priority is cancer. Faster mons deserve to go first, always. That’s why they’re fast, and why you choose them for your team. Slow mons should be bulky and defensive, they have no business going first.
