Tailwind, Light Screen, Reflect are the main ones I wanna hit there. Safeguard maybe. Sunny Day and Defog loosely fit enough too.
Ultimate support mon, thematically uses multiple things at once with its 4 hands.
Original concept wanted magic bounce, and I don't think it's too unreasonable to tack it on for taunt-proofing and anti-stealth rocks. That's basically all the moves that Ledian gets that can work with it, that doesn't sound too overwhelming as an ability if -iate abilities used to give both a type change and a power buff.
New stats are 55/75/90/15/135/120
Flipped Atk/SAtk and moved 20 points over, added 40 Def, 25 SDef and 35 Speed, so not too crazy stat reworking.
