Not really. Even a paralyzed Sturdy Shedinja with Safety Goggles and hazard removal support can be beaten.
It literally has zero ways to deal with trapping moves.

They can switch out, but they still take damage at the end of the turn from moves like Infestation and Bind if they don't.
