What's a good game to psychic monotype run in?

Is it possible for any of them without randomizer roms?

Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova1, and Alola all have Psychic types before the first gym/trial. The earliest would be Ralts in Hoenn or Slowpoke in Alola. Of course, if you don't mind needing to evolve for the type, you could use Fennekin in Kalos.

The only one of these that I don't think I could recommend is Unova.

Someone should make a Romhack with crazy amounts of Pokemon inbetween gyms intended for monotype players so it doesn't fuck with the balance of the game.
