this is right after you can access the pokemon league with the eight leader averaging at 40. Now I know why Shockslayer doesn't want to make his hack open source: becaue if it weren't for the following pokemon gimmick and few QoL options (like faster text and animations), this would easily be the worst gen2 hack, overshadowed by anything else.
