Has someone found a way to use Arbitrary Code Execution on Virtual Console to fuck with the 3ds. More than just like Pokebank shiny mews?

Yes, the only checks are Trainer ID and Trainer name. If they wanted to, they could check for DVs, but. Even then, it could all be modified to look legit.
Not being checked for DVs means you can set it up to have shiny DVs sent into the Pokebank.

Gen 1 and 2 are so broken you can literally set the cartridges up to modify the next cartridge you put into the gameboy, for example.

It's a simpler setup on Gold and Silver. TM17 coin Case ACE (https://youtu.be/PsIb3OZaYAs) is the way to go. Like 10 minutes of setup if you're far enough into the game and it only takes seconds of setup for each individual thing you do then with little risk to the save file unlike 8F shit.
