Nothing else ever needs to resist normal and whatever the next type is it needs to be weak to either grass or bug as well.

It's exactly the same as bug/steel: a single quadruple weakness to fire.

If this was a legit typing hidden power fire would be on every team, if not a couple fire types to begim with.
