you don't get it dont know? the translated text is already in TCRF, the demo itself is barely playable except the first town. Many things do not have trigger or entrances/exits their graphics just exist there and people don't know how to piece them

Because there's about a minute worth of game. There's a lot more dialog and areas in the data, which is probably what people are really interested in, but it's in such a fractured state that you can't get to any of it without using a walk through walls cheat (and even then, it barely works).

Originally, the roms were going to release to the public with full translations, but after the roms were leaked onto /vp/, the translation team seemed to lose enthusiasm. According to their Twitter replies, they're still active and working on the translation, so apparently it will come eventually.
