How would you feel about Hyper Training if the requirement was level 50 instead of level 100? Do you think that the egregious level requirement (which is made exceptionally hard to grind to level 100 due to the exp mechanics) is the main flaw of Hyper Training and that it is otherwise a perfectly serviceable way to cut down on the eugenics simulator?
