It's not like 1500 is hard to get to. Just use regice in an account with like 1600 and when you're too close to 1500 start using another team until you're 1600 again

1500 is just when elo hell ends and elo purgatory begins, there are multiple donphan teams in the 1700-1800 for example despite it being what on by smogon trying to meddle with its usage and allow tier drops
I've witnessed several other so called "outperformed" mons too there, never trust a login tier leader shills, despite this Regice needs buffs to do the same now.
