Every single hail setter goes straight to Ubers or even AG considering Kyurem-White and Kyurem-Black existence.

Now this is a reasonable change

It still doesn't change anything.

And no it doesn't fix it because you still get Bullet punched to death unless your name is Avalugg (then again, that SpDef stat though).
If you want to fix ice-types, make better ice type mons, slush rushers need actual movepools, """"""defensive""""" ice types that die hard to stealth rock need a way to mitigate said weakness like Magic Guard or Magic Bounce while those that have important abilities like Snow Warning deserve to have a priority attack to circumvent their slow speed like what Mimoswine did, make Aurora Beam priority +1 when used by Aurorus or something, and speaking of auroral shit, GIVE EVERY FUCKING HAIL SETTER A.VEIL because why in the flying fuck is Aurorus, the Auroral pokemon that has frills representing the Aurora Borealis and also is described to create barriers with said frills does not have Aurora Veil is a real fucking problem.

And lastly, maybe one or two more resistences wouldn't hurt either, Rock has the same number of weaknesses as Ice type (sharing two of them in fact) but Rock has some nice resistences. What types it should resist however, taht's just up to whoever who's in charge of this damn franchise.

Ice being weak to rock makes sense. Also rock is a weak enough type that it shouldn’t even be a consideration to nerf it.
Ice resisting fairy makes no sense at all and the only justification possible is that its too strong of a type. Fairy is balanced though.

Freeze Dry is an anti-Water type move, though. Grass and Flying should be supporting this since it means a 35% power drop from Ice Beam.
