Yes, Many games have Cutscenes, they're either enjoyable because the story is good, or are skippable, or have both, and have had these for Years, the problem is Pokemon has so many and constantly fading to black to see the same fucking characters throw free shit at you and do the same animations over and over again isn't fun. Maybe you never played any other game besides Pokemon, but yes, Other games allow you to skip shit.
