Yeah, but Rowlet is the most popular gen 7 pokemon atm. That's why it's so strange that Sakurai didn't even bother giving him a spot as a pokeball summon. Feels nonsensical.

Venusaur wasn't in 64, Totodile wasn't in Melee, Chimchar and Turtwig weren't in Brawl.
The only time all starters families were represented was in 4.

The statement would be true if I said 'a Trophy, Sticker or Spirit' too because we only need one from the Popplio-line to be a Spirit.
