Aromatic Mist, Camouflage, Grudge and Spotlight are the ones with the least application of any move in any environment.
Aromatic Mist has a very narrow distribution and almost no environment to use it in, and all Pokemon that get it get Light Screen anyway
Camouflage is a good way to lose your own STAB
I think almost everything that learns Grudge learns Destiny Bond (Vulpix being the exception)
Spotlight theoretically buys you time in Battle Royales, but you don't get any points for it working. No application anywhere else, and even as a Z-Move (+1 Sp. Def) it barely does anything
