>>36895497>What comes to mind when you see a Lugia?Good question.
The first thing that comes to mind is me being 8 years old, Silver and Gold had just been released and the summer holiday had just begun.
After seeing Lugia in a trailer for the movie 2000, knowing it was in the games, i was daydreaming every day laying down on the lawn outside my grandmas cabin. Wherever i went i was picturing Lugia flying around in the clouds and swimming under the surface in the sea outside the property.
The first thing i did, months after being away was getting my copy of silver and popping that cart into my gameboy in the speed of light. I was so hyped and excited i could barely even sleep that night. Where i could find Lugia was always a neverending mystery to me, though. I remember talking to every NPC, revisiting all the locations (i thought) and i just couldn't find it for the life of me. I remember thinking it was hidden in Mt.Silver somewhere for months.
So now i always name my Lugias "Silver" as basic as it sounds.
And that's the first that comes to mind, i know it's a lot but it's how i feel and what i think of when i see it. Been my favourite mon ever since, because to me it kinda has some added meaning to it.
