It's better to just isolate yourself and delude yourself into think you're the one not wanting to put up with the world and social relationships, when in reality it's just you descending further and further into an unfixable view of the world. That at least got me out of my self-pity and I'm now at the point where I just don't care anymore what happens to me or other people.
