calarts characters are underdesigned - in fact, they're so formulaic and so lacking in detail that they're barely designed at all. meanwhile, incineroar is usually criticized for being "overdesigned." there's a ton of detail, from the tiger mask inspiration to the fire belt to the dynamite tail.
the bottom line is that you don't know what you're talking about and you just want to attach any meme word to a design you hate.
