Split evos is a digimon thing since the very start though you could argue original tamagotchi did it absolutely first.
Forme changes were digimon first.
Burst from the card game is similar to Burst Mode.
Pokerus is X-antibody.
Zygarde is DigiXros/DigiFuse, albeit to an egregious amount. The most that happened in the show was like, maybe 20 different monsters, 10 of those being pickmon. Zygarde is 100 of the exact same thing.
and arguably item trade evos have a lot of similarity to armor digivolving, since they're worn items like kings rock, metal coat, and protector that integrated into the pokemon's body. But you could still argue that there's still room to do an even closer copy.
About the only thing they didn't steal from digimon was Z-moves, which are yokai watch soultimate moves.
Well and breeding. I think that may have been stolen from Monster Rancher but I've never played those so don't know for sure.
