Stall isn't Sableye's only ability, which instantly makes it better than Defeatist or Emergency Exit.
It should be there over Zen Mode, but frankly I don't think either of them belong there. A truly awful ability needs to be the only ability a Pokemon gets.

Shit abilities are inherently shit, that ability is only shit if it's attached to a shitty Pokemon.
To illustrate my point, certain Pokemon would kill for that ability (cough cough Landorus-T), but nobody would ever want Truant outside of gimmicks like passing it off via skill swap.

Why the actual fuck did it get such a worthless ability? It dies in one hit to neutral damage, so poisoning anything is worthless, and it can just use a super effective fire move against steel types instead of even bothering to poison them.
