Take another look at game Blue/Green/Leaf, her eyes are brown and have been consistently brown over the years. Manga!Blue's eyes are Blue. Blue/Green (Rival) in the games is just a jerkwad kid/young man with a bit of an ego. Manga!Green is a no nonsense borderline edgy boy/young man.
But to put it simply, the games hadn't really acknowledged the manga in any way, except maybe reminding the game devs of the existence of the scrapped FemMC design. The manga canon has nothing to do with the game canon.
