I mean, it might have been a month with the game, and even then I was forcing myself to play it. Transferred all my battle ready Pokemon to it and have picked it up maybe twice a month since to battle with my friends

I didn't get it. SM had no staying power at all, dropped it as soon as I finished the story.
No National Dex is horseshit, not enough box space for a living dex is horseshit.
I'm not getting LGPE either. 2019 will have to be the most ambitious and mechanically unique pokemon game of all time to get me back into the franchise.

I pirated it last year and I'm still on the third island, everything is so fucking boring and the interruptions don't help, I can only manage to squeeze out motivation to play it very rarely to only get bored of it again after an hour or so

I liked vanilla Sun and Moon better. My Moon save file also only has about 300 hours logged, where usually they'd be maxed by now. I may start battling on cart again since I've done pretty much everything else.

I cleared it, but haven't replayed either one.

It didn't feel like it was actually better than SM. SM and USUM are both shit, each in their own slightly different ways.

I loved trying to discover how to transform Necrozma into his Ultra form, after I immediatelly genned him the same day the game leaked.

I'm actually one of the people who enjoyed USUM for what it was and it gave me a new cute waifu.

I had to force myself to finish it. Even for free I felt ripped off. Why you wouldn't make a sequel to a story heavy game instead of just the same story 1 year later is beyond me.
