If you're using an emulator or flashcart, just open the save file with PKHeX (it natively supports SAV and DSV).

If from a 3DS, use Checkpoint to export the save file.

Do you have a 3ds? If so hacking it will allow you to extract DS carts saves extremely easy

I believe you need jksm you select the game, then dump to sd card then transfer the file to your desktop/pkhex

I'm using a physical copy on a 3ds with homebrew installed. I tried using JKSM with poketransporter but it doesn't work
