Yeah, you heard that right. Apparently, Kusaka forgot why he came up with the idea of sealing Black with Reshiram besides being possible a publicity stunt for this arc, so he expects the reader to forget about it or just thinks keeping it in mystery is better than being honest about it.
Unfortunately for him, that can't work on me.
