This doesn't reflect on every woman in Japan, mind you, but it does say they're not super frigid like one of the people I replied to claimed.
Also, the bigger problem with low birthrates are that men simply aren't pursuing women like they used to. Look up "herbivore men", a lot of men simply aren't going out of their way to fuck women.
Which is, again, not surprising as marriage is a terrible deal in Japan.
